By applying to the Lapasa Wholesale Program or using a wholesale discount code, you agree to the following terms. These terms are in place to protect both our business and yours, and ensure fair use of wholesale pricing and promotions.

 

1. Who Can Apply

• Our wholesale program is for verified businesses, resellers, nonprofits, or approved bulk buyers.

• We may require basic business info, estimated order volume, and tax documents (if applicable).

• Approval is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time.

   

2. How Discount Codes Work

• Approved buyers receive a unique wholesale discount code for business use only.

• Codes may have specific terms: minimum order amounts, usage limits, expiration dates, or product restrictions.

• Do not share your code. If your code is found being used or posted by others, we’ll deactivate it without notice.

   

3. Pricing and Orders

• Discount codes apply to approved items and are subject to available inventory.

• Wholesale pricing may include:

  • Percentage discounts (e.g., 10%–30% off)

  • Tiered volume pricing (e.g., bigger savings on larger orders)

  • Bulk promotions (e.g., Buy 3, Get 1 Free)

• Order minimums may apply (typically $100 or more).

   

4. Inventory and Shipping

• All items are sold while supplies last. We may need to adjust orders if something goes out of stock.

• Shipping is fulfilled from U.S. warehouses. Rates and timelines are shown at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.

   

5. No Returns

• All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• If there's a serious issue with your order (such as incorrect items shipped), contact us and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

   

6. Code Misuse

• All code activity is monitored. If we find misuse, including code sharing or violations of order limits, we may:

  • Cancel orders

  • Deactivate your code

  • Remove you from the program

     

7. Changes and Program Updates

• We may update pricing, codes, or program rules at any time.

• Your continued use of your code means you accept the current terms.
